📋 Description

• Primary, fully dedicated point of contact for Harvey's BPO partner.
• Own framework for new partnership and vendor performance against metrics.
• Partner with support to route work and decide what stays in-house.
• Design scalable solutions and workflows as volume grows.
• Own end-to-end workforce management for the partnership.
• Stay embedded to catch issues on the floor early.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience owning a BPO/vendor relationship end to end.
• Ability to operate at Harvey's rapid pace.
• Accountability to SLAs and metrics with independent data.
• Hands-on Zendesk knowledge across blended teams.
• Ability to derive value from vendor partnerships; identify leverage points.
• Track record defining QA and training standards with vendors.
