Senior Pricing Manager, Business Development

📋 Description

• Lead pricing strategy and proposal development for government/institutional clients.
• Develop competitive, compliant cost models, BOEs, and cost narratives for RFPs/RFQs.
• Collaborate with BD, Finance, and Contracts to align pricing with objectives and client value.
• Provide analytical leadership in cost analysis, profitability, and pricing strategy.
• Drive Price-to-Win analysis and win/loss insights to improve bids.
• Develop standards, tools, and best practices for pricing in a growing function.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of pricing in federal contracting; familiarity with FAR/DFARS.
• Strong cost estimating, BOE development, and Excel skills.
• Experience presenting pricing analyses to stakeholders and advising proposal teams.
• Familiarity with FFP, T&M, Cost Reimbursement, IDIQs, and Schedules.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
