🎯 Requirements

• 7–8+ years of change mgmt in complex enterprises.
• Experience designing/deploying large-scale change programs with PMO mindset.
• Prosci certification required; practical ADKAR methodology experience.
• Prior consulting and PMO experience valued.
• Energy/oil/gas industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field.
