AI Enablement & Governance Analyst

📋 Description

• Roll out AI development tools across engineering teams as standardized solutions.
• Train and onboard teams on AI-augmented workflows via workshops and programs.
• Own AI best-practice docs, training materials, and internal agent registry.
• Govern AI prompt libraries with quality gates and review requirements.
• Conduct privacy/compliance reviews of AI tool usage; coordinate with security on data-flow
• Maintain approved AI-tool inventories and risk registers; support model-selection and BAA

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical analyst, program enablement, developer experience, technology
• Strong data analysis, KPI development, dashboarding, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent technical writing, documentation, and knowledge-management skills.
• Experience delivering training, onboarding programs, change-management initiatives, or technology
• Working knowledge of AI tooling ecosystems (Claude, Gemini, AI-powered coding assistants) with
• Understanding of HIPAA, SOC 2, or comparable privacy, security, and compliance principles.
