Trainer 2 (Service)

📋 Description

• Partner with Service Team to develop a trained workforce
• Hands-on training, mentoring, formal certification
• Collaborate with Production to set quarterly training goals
• Review training plan with Supervisors to hit goals
• Maintain training/Service documentation for accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• HS diploma or equivalent; 1+ year service experience
• Experience with Agile, SAP, ISU
• MS Word/Excel; PowerPoint preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of GMP and Lean/DFT concepts
• Able to present and facilitate trainings
