Senior Director, Delivery Transformation AMS

📋 Description

• Lead delivery transformation for AMS Delivery Excellence across four functions: Customer Health
• Drive rapid time-to-value by reducing project duration from ~200 to < 100 days with strong CSAT
• Collaborate with Sales, A&M, and delivery teams to scope opportunities and ensure delivery
• Mentor delivery operations, partner management, AI enablement, and solution architecture teams.
• Establish governance, risk mitigation, and performance metrics for sustained excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in Enterprise Services delivery, consulting operations, or delivery transformation.
• Proven leadership of multi-partner/multi-regional delivery models; strong governance and cost
• Deep knowledge of AI-powered delivery tools, automation, and process modernization.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional teams (25+ members).
• Executive engagement with CIO/CTO, sales, and delivery leadership; strong communication skills.

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range: $228,900 - $412,000 (USD), with equity where applicable; OTE for sales roles.
