📋 Description
- Lead data & analytics org, translate strategy into staffing plans and roadmaps.
- Oversee end-to-end data platform evolution across medallion architecture.
- Mentor data engineering, analytics/BI, governance, QA teams.
- Collaborate with ops, finance, tech to prioritize analytics and integrations.
- Establish data governance, quality, security, and coding standards.
- Evaluate AI-assisted tools to boost velocity and delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in CS, DS, IS, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years data engineering/analytics/BI; 5+ years in people leadership.
- 5+ years with cloud data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL).
- Strong BI experience (Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of data architecture patterns (medallion, lakehouse).
- Proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams.
