Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects, ensuring delivery per objectives.
- Conduct client discovery to understand objectives, processes, and outcomes.
- Translate current-state processes into future-state workflows in the software.
- Serve as primary SME and build trusted client relationships.
- Configure and customize solutions; guide clients through capabilities.
- Coordinate with PMs and product/dev teams on milestones and changes.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's in CS/Software Engineering/IT, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, or 5–7 years without a degree.
- Experience working directly with customers in software implementation or consulting.
- Strong understanding of software development practices; can communicate with dev teams.
- Proven business analysis and requirements gathering; translate processes to solutions.
- Strong communication; ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
