• Own development and delivery of long-form video content across YouTube, ambassador collaborations
• Plan and source footage, including existing streams, tournament coverage, shoots, and partner
• Shape story and structure from concept through final edit, defining narrative, characters, tension
• Direct editing process, editing directly or briefing editors, ensuring pacing, quality, and
• Adapt concepts, tone, and visual style to different channels, brands, partners, and audiences.
• Manage production schedules across multiple projects against the content calendar.

• Excellent storytelling and structural instincts to identify core narrative and trim
