📋 Description
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for SI/MEL across Health Programs.
- Establish portfolio-wide SI/MEL frameworks, tools, and standards.
- Oversee SI/MEL across projects; ensure data is timely, accurate, actionable.
- Address methodological challenges across awards and data gaps.
- Strengthen governance and interoperability across platforms (DHIS2, EMRs, LIMS).
- Support donor reporting and evidence-based decision making.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in relevant field.
- 15 years of relevant exp, or 12 with master’s, 9 with PhD, or equivalent.
- 8+ years leadership and people-management experience.
- Proven leadership of complex strategic programs at national/international scale.
- Expertise in SI/MEL, surveillance, analytics, and performance measurement.
- Strong quantitative/qualitative methods, data viz, digital systems.
