Systems Engineer, Autonomous Systems

📋 Description

• Own the requirements lifecycle across hardware, software, and ML components.
• Maintain requirements traceability to specs, verification, and tests.
• Develop and execute verification and validation plans.
• Build and maintain simulation and validation tools for vehicle performance.
• Support safety analyses (FMEA, Fault Tree, Hazard, Risk Assessments).
• Bridge ML, software, hardware, vehicle systems, and functional safety teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Systems Eng, Robotics, Aerospace, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years post-academic systems engineering for safety-critical cyber-physical systems.
• Experience designing and executing V&V programs for complex systems.
• Strong Python, C++, MATLAB/Simulink for simulation/validation tools.
• Experience with Jama, DOORS, or Jira for requirements management.
• Systems thinking across disciplines; hardware, software, ML, vehicle systems.
