🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating static paid-social ads for DTC/e-commerce/consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio with advertising and performance creatives, not just branding.
• Experience producing multiple variations quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of direct-response advertising, hooks, hierarchy, and scroll-stopping design.
• Advanced hands-on skills with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Practical experience using AI image-generation tools in production workflows.
