📋 Description

• Lead complex solution consulting engagements by clarifying objectives, constraints, value targets
• Conduct executive-level discovery and translate challenges into structured narratives, roadmaps
• Define outcome architectures with KPIs, baselines, target outcomes, and executive reporting.
• Design governance with stage gates, escalation paths, and executive cadences.
• Shape current/future operating models linking people, processes, technology, and value realization.
• Advise senior stakeholders on structures, portfolio management, priorities, capacity, and alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in solution consulting, management consulting, business transformation, or
• Ownership of large or complex engagements with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong experience designing enterprise work management solutions using Jira Software, Jira Service
• Executive-level discovery, advisory workshops, governance forums, and client conversations.
• Problem framing, value modeling, KPI development, roadmapping, and adoption planning.
• Understanding of project, program, and portfolio management principles and governance.
