📋 Description
- Define program scope, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies, and risk
- Lead cross-functional programs involving mechanical, electrical, embedded, systems, software
- Coordinate robot feature development, upgrade programs, new product development, manufacturing
- Gather requirements, align priorities, establish delivery plans, and communicate with technical and
- Identify roadblocks early, drive resolution, and manage risks/dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
- Develop and improve processes that streamline engineering workflows, product development
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in engineering program management or technical program management.
- 3–5 years of experience with hardware, systems, autonomous systems, or similar product development.
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional technical programs and delivering features
- Strong understanding of hardware/software lifecycles and translating dependencies into executable
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product, manufacturing
