Sr. Technical Program Manager, Hardware & Manufacturing

📋 Description

• Define program scope, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies, and risk
• Lead cross-functional programs involving mechanical, electrical, embedded, systems, software
• Coordinate robot feature development, upgrade programs, new product development, manufacturing
• Gather requirements, align priorities, establish delivery plans, and communicate with technical and
• Identify roadblocks early, drive resolution, and manage risks/dependencies throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and improve processes that streamline engineering workflows, product development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in engineering program management or technical program management.
• 3–5 years of experience with hardware, systems, autonomous systems, or similar product development.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional technical programs and delivering features
• Strong understanding of hardware/software lifecycles and translating dependencies into executable
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, product, manufacturing
