Manager, GEO & Web Strategy

📋 Description

• Lead overall web strategy and development roadmap
• Own GEO and AEO strategy for AI search surfaces
• Define priorities for AI-driven search environments
• Own CRO and UX initiatives using GA4 and behavioral data
• Lead internal web developer and coordinate resources
• Manage architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals, CMS health

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in web dev/strategy with 2+ years managing projects or people
• Strong understanding of website architecture, CMS, HTML/CSS/JS
• Experience with Webflow is a plus
• Knowledge of GEO/AEO, structured data, AI-driven surface
• Develop GEO/AEO strategy and assess results
• Proven CRO/UX improvement using GA4 and analytics
