📋 Description
- Analyze healthcare claims workflows using process/task mining.
- Deploy/configure process mining to analyze event-log data.
- Capture desktop interactions across claims processes via task mining.
- Identify bottlenecks, rework, and compliance gaps for automation.
- Build dashboards and models to monitor processes continuously.
- Translate findings into automation opportunities with ROI projections.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in business or process analysis; at least 2 years in healthcare claims ops.
- Hands-on with UiPath Process Mining and/or Task Mining, or Celonis, Minit, Fluxicon Disco.
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims lifecycle: EDI 837/835, eligibility, prior auth
- Experience with healthcare claims platforms like Epic, Facets, TriZetto, Availity, or Change
- Process mapping tools: Visio or Lucidchart.
- Analytical skills to develop ROI models and business cases.
