📋 Description

• Develop and execute sourcing plans across categories
• Lead supplier selection and onboarding
• Drive cost optimization and value engineering
• Manage RFx processes and supplier proposals
• Build strong supplier partnerships
• Track performance with KPIs and corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related
• Strategic sourcing experience: 10–15 years
• Manufacturing experience with suppliers
• Commercial, contract, and supplier management expertise
• Analytical and data-driven decision making
• Global sourcing experience
