Summary:

We are looking for a mid-level Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience managing Meta advertising campaigns and creating digital marketing content. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Facebook and Instagram Ads, audience targeting, campaign optimization, lead generation, and basic content creation.
The candidate should be comfortable managing campaigns independently, monitoring performance, and making data-driven recommendations to improve lead quality and overall campaign results.

Responsibilities:

• Create, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, targeting, creatives, and ad placements.

• Conduct audience research and develop targeted campaigns based on customer profiles.

• Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and messaging to improve engagement and conversions.

• Perform A/B testing on audiences, creatives, copy, and campaign strategies.

• Create and coordinate social media content aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.

• Track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS.

• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.

• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign efficiency.

• Coordinate with the sales or appointment-setting team to ensure a smooth lead handoff.

• Stay updated on Meta advertising trends, platform changes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably with a strong focus on Meta Ads.

• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram advertising.

• Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation.

• Experience creating or coordinating social media content and ad creatives.

• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

• Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs and advertising metrics.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with minimal supervision.

Required Skills:

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel.

• Basic Experience with Canva or other content creation tools.

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads.

• Experience working with lead-generation or appointment-setting campaigns.
