📋 Description
- Provide clinical consulting and subject-matter expertise for medical imaging and medical
- Translate clinical workflows and requirements into effective product solutions.
- Coordinate and deliver training at internal teams and customer sites; support go-live.
- Deliver remote and onsite training; support customer adoption of imaging solutions.
- Provide ongoing application and image-quality support; troubleshoot at product and system levels.
- Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and other professionals to promote efficient system
🎯 Requirements
- 2–10 years of progressive experience in medical technology, healthcare, computer science, PACS
- Medical imaging experience strongly preferred (Radiology or Cardiology).
- Clinical credentials or experience (e.g., RDCS, RVT, RN with cardiac experience, ARRT) preferred.
- Experience with medical imaging workflows, PACS, healthcare software applications, or related
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and
