Lead Instructor: Machine Learning Data Associate

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate live virtual classes for diverse learner groups (100 to 8,000+ participants).
• Deliver technical instruction in German on ML data workflows, generative AI, foundation models
• Explain how data collection, annotation, labeling decisions, model training, evaluation, and
• Manage virtual classroom dynamics: Q&A, chat, pacing, engagement, and timely delivery of
• Adapt instructional approaches for learners with varying backgrounds and technical levels.
• Prepare thoroughly for lectures to deliver content accurately, clearly, and accessibly.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German to deliver instruction and strong English for written communication and meetings.
• Solid understanding of the machine learning lifecycle: data collection, training, evaluation
• Solid knowledge of generative AI and foundation models, including pre-training, fine-tuning, RLHF
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering (zero-shot, one-shot, few-shot) and teaching how to
• Working knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and production AI workflows; assess
• Understanding of multimodal/cross-modal AI and how text, images, audio, and video influence
