📋 Description
- Lead OCM activities for Medicaid technology and org changes.
- Support SMA project leadership with timelines and priorities.
- Develop OCM plans, surveys, assessments, and communications.
- Build relationships with client stakeholders, teams, vendors.
- Monitor status, budgets, risks, and resource needs.
- Facilitate client and vendor meetings to achieve objectives.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; or 4 years related experience in lieu of degree.
- 5+ years implementing OCM for system implementation projects using a formal framework.
- 3+ years as OCM Lead or SME for State Medicaid or large healthcare org.
- Experience with State HHS IT, MMIS, or related healthcare tech implementations preferred.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools; Spanish fluency a plus.
