• Lead and facilitate live virtual classes (100-8000+ participants)
• Deliver instruction in German on ML data workflows and related topics
• Explain how data labeling affects model behavior and outputs
• Manage virtual classroom dynamics: Q&A, chat, pacing
• Adapt teaching to learners with different backgrounds
• Prepare thoroughly to deliver content clearly

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German to deliver instruction; strong English for written comms
• Strong practical understanding of the machine learning lifecycle
• Solid knowledge of generative AI and foundation models (pre-training, fine-tuning, RLHF)
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering (zero/one/few-shot)
• Working knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Understanding of multimodal and cross-modal AI
