Operations Supervisor 1 - Strategic Enterprise Solutions (SES)

📋 Description

• Lead operational excellence initiatives for strategic verticals and enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate teams for purchasing, project coordination, logistics, scheduling, PM, and closeout.
• Support complex programs across multiple sites and thousands of sites annually.
• Monitor financial execution, cost control, and change orders communication.
• Drive project execution focusing on customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Assess staffing and capacity; provide mentorship and accountability.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant operations/PM experience.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership preferred.
• Experience in engineering, field ops, or PM advantageous.
• Background in electronics, life safety, building automation, healthcare a plus.
• Strong customer-service orientation; excellent stakeholder mgmt skills.
