SaaS Implementation Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own customer implementations from handoff through launch and transition to CS.
• Manage 40+ concurrent projects across implementation stages.
• Prioritize work by impact, urgency, risks; escalate with solutions.
• Build templates, cadences, processes, and portfolio health reporting.
• Serve as primary contact; facilitate status meetings and updates.
• Clarify scope; distinguish config, blockers, product limits, and training.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in managing SaaS implementations or similar tech projects.
• Experience handling high-volume portfolio, not just few complex projects.
• Knowledge of SaaS implementation lifecycle: discovery to handoff.
• Strong technical aptitude; quickly learn software; collaborate with Product/Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; meetings, docs, prioritization.
• Experience using AI/automation/templates to boost productivity.
