• 3+ years LTD claims handling experience; DI experience preferred.
• 1+ year coaching or mentoring frontline staff.
• Extensive knowledge of group LTD products and procedures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to explain complex topics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with databases and imaging systems.
