Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Offboarding across multiple international jurisdictions with focus on legal compliance and client
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support, guiding clients through workplace concerns.
• Drive process improvements and initiatives aligned with Remote’s Lifecycle goals.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure compliant offboarding and audits.
• Manage termination procedures, resignations, transfers, and related documentation.
• Support automation and AI initiatives within HR lifecycle processes.

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor or HR Business Partner experience, with generalist HR competencies.
• Strong background in managing voluntary/involuntary exits with legal compliance across
• Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace
• Ability to interpret industrial instruments and translate complex HR issues into actionable
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and confidentiality skills.
• Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.
