🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience leading strategic initiatives within complex, technology-driven
- Demonstrated experience developing and operationalizing enterprise technology strategies and
- Experience in large-scale digital transformation environments such as financial services
- Strong understanding of technology and product operating models, with experience partnering across
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders, build alignment
🎁 Benefits
- Annual compensation: $177,000–$243,750, based on experience and qualifications.
