📋 Description
- Lead daily on-site construction operations for commercial projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors to meet schedule and quality standards.
- Maintain documentation and support field teams on site.
- Ensure safety compliance and site cleanliness.
- Collaborate with engineers, inspectors, and owners.
- Support final inspections and project closeout.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of construction field experience
- Strong knowledge of PEMB, concrete, MEP, utilities
- Experience with BuilderTrend or similar systems
- OSHA 30 certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; English proficiency (Spanish preferred)
