📋 Description
- Design and maintain SQL data models and Power BI dashboards.
- Integrate payer claims, EDI, copay, PAP, and specialty datasets.
- Develop automated reporting and self-service analytics.
- Embed AI capabilities: conversational analytics, NLQ, anomaly detection.
- Prototype ML models for prescription abandonment, forecasting, demand.
- Analyze data to identify coverage trends and access risks.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Data Science/CS/IT/Statistics or related; master’s preferred.
- 5+ years in data analytics/BI/data engineering, pharma/healthcare preferred.
- Hands-on with payer data, claims, EDI, copay/PAP, and sales-out data.
- Proven Power BI dashboards and SQL data models with good practices.
- Experience applying AI/ML tools (Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Python).
- Strong knowledge of market access concepts and data governance.
