📋 Description
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of client deployments across MeridianLink’s software solutions
- Educate clients on platform capabilities and best practices
- Lead onboarding activities including core connectivity and external integrations
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and milestones
- Adhere to project schedules and optimize productivity
- Proactively identify issues and facilitate resolutions
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks
- Experience with client onboarding and third-party integrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management
- Career-development oriented in subject area; moderate supervision with some independence
