Head of Risk

📋 Description

• Own Chariot's risk surface end to end: tech, security/infra, fraud, and product risk
• Build a living catalog of risk exposure, avoid stale spreadsheets
• Partner with engineering to pressure-test core payment flows and mitigate risk
• Understand product/tech deeply to foresee risks and act ahead
• Stand up proactive monitoring and mitigation across risk areas
• Brief leadership on top risks with mitigation plans

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in risk, fraud, trust & safety, or related operating role
• First-principles, systems thinker with technical depth
• Detail oriented with strong written/verbal skills
• Proactive with ability to influence stakeholders
• Comfortable in fast-moving, cross-functional teams
• Ownership mindset and eagerness to take on more work
