📋 Description

• Review and edit healthcare and pharmaceutical content for spelling, grammar, punctuation
• Ensure materials follow AMA 11th edition style, client-specific style guides, and applicable
• Fact-check medical and scientific content and verify references to ensure information is accurate
• Participate in the early development stages of projects to establish consistency in content
• Collaborate with authors, clinical writers, account teams, production specialists, and other
• Participate in internal project kickoff, startup, and status meetings as the editorial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of editing experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical
• Strong knowledge of AMA 11th edition style and professional medical editing standards.
• Experience editing both print and digital healthcare or pharmaceutical materials.
• Familiarity with medical, legal, and regulatory review processes and requirements.
• Strong medical and scientific fact-checking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
