📋 Description

• Develop insights to drive product strategy via observational causal analysis and meta-experiments.
• Improve experimentation practices through design, execution, and deep dives on AB tests.
• Create ETLs, tables, dashboards, and self-serve tools for data teams.
• Design and measure team KPIs to enable quarterly goal setting.
• Engage stakeholders to align DS work with business goals.
• Mentor junior data scientists and business partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s in DS/Stats/ML/OR/CS or related field with 2 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s with 5 years’
• Strong skills in Python and SQL; experience with ETL development.
• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and predictive modeling.
• Data visualization and cross-functional collaboration.
