• Lead Feathery's Canadian wealth practice and strategic opportunities.
• Build and deepen high-value relationships with Canada's wealth institutions.
• Champion adoption across key accounts and inform GTM decisions.
• Partner across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product and Delivery.
• Represent wealth customers in product and market discussions.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Canadian wealth management, Director/VP level preferred.
• Strong wealth workflow knowledge and operating models.
• Established network across Canada's wealth ecosystem.
• Operationally savvy; experience leading transformation and adoption.
• Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and change-management issues.
• Commercial instincts with a consulting mindset.
