AV Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead AV design for new offices, expansions, and retrofits
• Develop and maintain AV system designs (schematics, diagrams, elevations)
• Program and commission AV systems for use cases and users
• Execute day-one deployments for new offices
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and workplace teams
• Test emerging AV tech to boost productivity and space quality

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years enterprise AV design/implementation
• Proficient in Q-Sys or equivalent control systems
• Hands-on with video conf, esp. Google Meet
• Ability to read/create AV drawings
• DSP concepts: AEC, noise reduction, EQ, dynamics, automixing
• Experience with IP AV, streaming, broadcast standards
