• Experience: 10+ years in product design
• Leadership: proven experience managing designers, hiring, performance, and career development

• Cross-functional: strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other teams across geographies
• Design systems and research: contributes to design system evolution; conducts or guides user
• Industry/context: experience designing enterprise/B2B SaaS or similar complex products; familiarity
