📋 Description

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives to grow Toptal’s Services business through partnerships
• Develop and optimize the Partnerships strategy and operating model with a Partnerships leader.
• Collaborate with Sales, Talent Operations, Analytics, Product, and Finance to deliver outcomes
• Remote position; authorized to work in the US at hire; English communications required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in partnerships ops, business ops, professional services, or related roles.
• Experience in partnerships strategy and program management.
• Proven ability to manage strategic projects and day-to-day ops in fast-growing environments.
• Strong ownership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Claude, Gemini, Slack, Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, BigQuery).
