Operational Technology (OT) Senior Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Conceive, design, engineer, and implement OT security solutions across OT/ICS environments
• Lead OT cybersecurity assessments, including design reviews and dataflow mapping
• Develop secure-by-design guardrails for OT architectures and technologies
• Utilize security frameworks (NIST SP 800-53/82, ISA/IEC 62443) to strengthen OT defenses
• Support cybersecurity risk assessments and provide mitigation plans
• Occasional travel up to 20% may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of OT/ICS in regulated industries within pharma or similar sectors
• Proficiency in OT/ICS network design and architecture drawings
• Ability to influence stakeholders across operations, engineering, and vendors
• Knowledge of analysis, root cause, and issue resolution techniques/tools
• Clear written and oral communication in English
• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years, Master’s with 6 years, or PhD with 2 years in related work
