Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations and Transitions - APAC (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Offboarding for Remote's external employees across jurisdictions
• Provide first-level Employee Relations guidance to clients
• Lead client/external meetings on terminations and transitions
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure compliance and smooth exits
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and automation
• Operate within an asynchronous, global team

🎯 Requirements

• HR Advisor/HRBP experience across lifecycle
• Degree in HR or employment law a plus
• Independent exit management across jurisdictions
• Strong employee relations, discipline, and investigations
• Ability to interpret regulations and provide practical guidance
• Excellent written/spoken English; other languages a plus
