AV Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead AV design for new offices and expansions.
• Develop and maintain AV system designs and drawings.
• Program and commission AV systems for use cases.
• Ensure day-one readiness for new offices.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and teams.
• Prototype and test new AV tech to boost productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise AV design/implementation
• Control programming with Q-Sys or similar
• Hands-on with video conferencing (Google Meet)
• Ability to read/create AV drawings (schematics, line diagrams, rack elevations)
• DSP concepts: AEC, noise reduction, EQ/dynamics, automixing
• Experience with AV over IP, streaming, broadcast standards
