📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Address inventory issues; partner with store leadership to fix gaps
• Maintain visual standards and stockroom organization
• Move dynamically on the floor to support business needs
• Assist with shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor updates
• Ensure safe, clean, inviting store environment

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year client-centric, sales and operational experience
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong customer service mindset and bias for action
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting
• Reliable availability to meet store needs, including busy periods
• Comfort with standing and moving through shift
