ERP Functional Support Specialist – Finance (Business Central)

📋 Description

• ERP Functional Support Specialist – Finance role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Support Finance processes including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets and taxes across a multi-country
• Provide L1/L2 functional support to Finance users and guide users to standard Finance processes.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams for deeper analysis or system changes.
• Document solutions, create self-service materials, and support onboarding and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Around 2 years of ERP, application support or functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV preferred.
• Strong understanding of Finance and accounting processes; English C1 mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and user-focused mindset; ability to explain system
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment; willingness to learn and grow into broader
