📋 Description

• Support proposal development with rapid turnaround times, including same-day or urgent requests.
• Manage proposal intake, prioritization, workflow coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with internal teams to develop clear, high-quality deliverables aligned with client needs.
• Contribute to improvements in proposal processes, including leveraging automation and AI tools.
• Track proposal activity and support performance reporting as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, proposal management, digital marketing, or
• Experience supporting or executing proposal processes in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards, analytics frameworks, and performance
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, metadata optimization, and search
• Experience developing and managing social media strategy and content calendars
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems
