Community Manager, Virtual Spaces

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day operations of Lovable’s Discord (100k+ members), r/lovable, and Facebook groups
• Maintain space character: Discord build-together energy, Reddit candor, Facebook accessibility
• Own moderation systems end-to-end: guidelines, automod tooling, incident response
• Grow Reddit and Facebook from maintained presences into thriving communities
• Run the virtual program engine: 2–3 live sessions per week across webinars, live builds, office
• Recruit and coach hosts; coordinate assets; manage calendars; run admin for each session

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in community management, events, virtual programs, or developer relations
• Built and run a recurring virtual program end-to-end in a tech company
• Deep platform fluency with Discord and Reddit; as well as Facebook community dynamics
• Confident live host and facilitator, comfortable on camera
• Experience recruiting and retaining volunteer leaders (moderators & champions)
• Strong moderation judgment: when to act, de-escalate, or let the community handle it
