• Maintain caseload of program participants in Job Corps.
• Collaborate with departments to meet student needs.
• Assess and evaluate students; support education/training plans.
• Connect with community services for successful transitions.
• Document counseling sessions and reports; track progress weekly.
• Co-facilitate group sessions on employability and skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (15 sem hrs in social services) required.
• One year counseling or related field experience required.
• Experience with diverse youth populations.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
