- Ship production code across web, backend, infra, and smart contracts
- Pair with a senior mentor and own your growth within a pod
- Move across stack areas to build complete products
- Work in person at NYC headquarters, 5 days/week
🎯 Requirements
- CS degree completed (or completing) between Dec 2024 and Sep 2026
- Evidence of builds: internships, side projects, open source, hackathons
- Strong CS fundamentals and fast language/system learning
- Genuine excitement about crypto and DeFi
- Able to work from NY office 5 days/week
