📋 Description

• Own a book of 5–15 advertiser accounts end-to-end.
• Grow revenue top-line; drive measurable growth, not activity.
• Run ROAS dial with guidance; use analytics tools daily.
• Develop proactive account instincts and project improvements.
• Bridge commercial and technical teams; coordinate with engineering.
• Contribute to the playbook; document processes for future use.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in growth roles with data-driven decision making.
• Strong ability to tell stories with data and dashboards.
• Comfort discussing both commercial and technical topics.
• Exposure to performance marketing metrics (ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU) a bonus.
• Familiarity with tools like Hex, Amplitude, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular a plus.
