🎯 Requirements

• Experience driving adoption, renewals, or expansion in B2B software
• Strong customer-facing discovery to map workflows
• Technical fluency; comfortable configuring and troubleshooting in software
• Commercial sense for renewal risk and account strategy
• Program and stakeholder management across multiple accounts
• English fluency and a second European language
