- Lead the Senior Living Program and oversee the clinical team.
- Focus on client service, clinical excellence, quality, and policy adherence.
- Drive program growth and cross-functional collaboration with clinical management.
- Build strong relationships with clients, senior living staff and residents.

🎯 Requirements
- Current VA licensure as RN, PT, OT, or SLP (PT background preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree required; Doctorate preferred.
- Demonstrated business development/leadership experience.
- Strong communication across levels and platforms.
- Home Health and/or outpatient experience desirable.

- Base Salary: $90,000-95,000/year depending on qualifications.
