📋 Description
- Oversee day-to-day retail fulfillment and shipments.
- Manage inventory and prevent shortages ahead of promotions.
- Process orders accurately to maintain stock and service levels.
- Review OTIF, chargebacks, and shipping performance.
- Collaborate with 3PLs, retailers, and logistics partners.
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in retail operations, order fulfillment, or similar (CPG).
- Experience with Walmart/Club channels; distributors like UNFI/KeHE desirable.
- EDI order management, lot/expiry handling knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; ERP/WMS familiarity; Fulfil.io a plus.
- Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
